About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Cat Your Pet online store and purchases made through it. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Cat Your Pet is responsible for the products we sell, order support and the customer policies described on this website. Contact us at catyourpet@gmail.com with any questions.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order under the laws that apply to you. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious software or interference with other users.

Product information and safe use

Please review product descriptions, measurements, materials, options and care instructions before ordering. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Product availability may change. Supervise pets when using toys and accessories, inspect items regularly and discontinue use if damaged. Product guidance is not veterinary advice. These statements do not limit our responsibility for products that are defective or do not match their description.

Prices and payment

The currency displayed on the product page and at checkout applies to your purchase. Review the total, including delivery charges and any taxes collected at checkout, before paying. Use only the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not add optional charges without your consent. Any duties or taxes not collected at checkout must be disclosed where applicable before you complete your purchase. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees.

Orders and corrections

After placing an order, check the confirmation and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect. If we cannot fulfill your order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled and payment has been collected, we will refund it.

Delivery

Available delivery destinations, charges and applicable delivery information are provided through the store and checkout. Delivery availability depends on your address and the items ordered. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. We remain your point of contact for resolving delivery issues and do not require you to pursue the carrier as your sole remedy. Mandatory rights relating to late delivery or non-delivery remain unaffected.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains the 30-day voluntary return offer, change-of-mind return costs, remedies for defective items and the refund process.
