CatYourPet provides a 30-day commercial warranty against manufacturing defects on products purchased directly from our store. Coverage begins on the delivery date.
What is covered
Defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from performing as described during normal, intended use are covered. This includes faulty components or assembly caused during manufacture.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, accidental damage, misuse, unsuitable cleaning or unauthorized modifications. Toys and scratchers naturally wear with play, scratching and chewing; expected wear is not a manufacturing defect. A premature failure caused by defective materials or workmanship may still qualify.
Follow the product instructions and supervise play. Stop using any item that becomes damaged or presents a risk to your pet.
How to request assistance
Email catyourpet@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, product name and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help us assess the issue. If an inspection or return is needed, we will provide instructions and the correct return destination.
Resolution and return shipping
For a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable consumer rights. CatYourPet pays the necessary return shipping for confirmed defects. Contact us before paying return postage so we can arrange the return method.
Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are covered by our Returns and Refunds policy. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Consumer rights
This commercial warranty does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law gives you greater protection or a longer statutory guarantee, that protection continues to apply.
